Mona in Riga, Latvia!

This month, our project manager Florian Becker installed the first Mona devices in the Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital in the beautiful city of Riga, Latvia.

The hospital is part of ICU4Covid, a project by the EU Commission, where hospitals within the EU are supported fighting the COVID-19-pandemic. Clinomic is supporting the hospitals by enabling telemedicine calls with our smart assistance and telemedicine system, Mona, to bring specialized expertise directly to the patient bed via telemedicine. If a specialist is not available on-site, doctors and nurses can ask for advice, simply by calling a cooperating specialist via Mona’s telemedicine module.

Supported by the great local team, we installed and configured our Mona Devices in the Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital. Mona can now be found in their ICU and on the lungs disease unit. From now on, Mona makes the collaboration of doctors and nurses in the Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital easier and helps to increase the quality of treatment.
